Hot water obtaining possibility within four seasons by high efficient solar water heaters, night and day ready hot water with electrical support heater with thermostat characteristic are obtaining high performance within four seasons.

Ezinc thermosiphon system are two types;

1- Open-loop system (direct system without heat exchanger)

Developed for warm countries were no freezing risk. Cold water moves to open loop tank directly, then moves into collector to be heated and hot water moves back to tank to use.

2- Closed-loop system (in-direct system with heat exchanger)

There is an external heat exchanger around the tank. Heat exchanger and returns back to the collector runs to heat exchanger and returns back to the collector after heat exchanging. Regularly, cold water in the tank is heated by the heat exchanging method and becomes ready to use.

Ezinc thermosiphon system are consisting of;

Ezinc solar collectors in suitable type and size
Ezinc enamelled hot water storage tank
Suitable support base for every type of roof
All necessary fittings and accessories

Solar Collectors

· Ezinc Solar Collectors are covered by aluminum foil and insulated with monoblock polyurethane

· Collector glasses are washed by automatic machine in the vacuum environment

1- 100% EPDM rubber sealing and gaskets, UV resisted

2- Pure aluminum frame extruded by Ezinç and coated by electrostatic powder coating baked in 220°C oven

3- Direct-injected polyurethane insulation coated by aluminum foil (optional: Rockwool

insulation)

4- Tempered solar glass, for high transmittance

5- Copper riser tubes

6- Copper manifold tubes

7- Full plate titanium selective coated absorber sheet, ultrasonically welded.
